Founding Patron

Jerin Sabu

Jerin Sabu is a hospitality professional with over 16 years of hands-on experience in food and beverage operations, hospitality sales, and large-scale event management across the United States, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and India.

His international career includes working with globally recognized hotel brands such as Radisson Blu (Abu Dhabi) and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts (Dubai), including pre-opening team experience, followed by senior leadership roles with Hilton in the United States. During his 12 years with Hilton, he worked closely with Fort Bragg, NC Army units, supporting large-scale military events, formal balls, conferences, and high-volume meetings.

His experience spans fine dining, restaurant operations, bar and beverage programs, and high-volume catering.

Currently, Jerin serves as Cluster Sales & Food and Beverage Hospitality Manager within Marine Corps Community Services (USMC), supporting hospitality operations and large-scale events.

He completed his schooling, college, and academic education in India with a focus on Hospitality Management and Business Administration.

Core strengths include restaurant operations, fine dining, bar management, pre-opening operations, cost control, and leadership.
